Pipe Installation and Repairs

They have now been to my home twice to address a toilet issue and most recently to replace outdated piping on my oil tank. Both experiences have been excellent. They are knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy, and friendly, and they take the time to make you feel confident in the work being done. It’s great to find a company you can rely on and feel comfortable having in your home. I will absolutely be referring them to friends and family and will continue using them for all my future maintenance and mechanical needs.

Had an emergency hot water tank issue. Came over same day, fixed everything and was reasonable. Great service highly recommend!

The valve body on my shower was leaking and I had no water this weekend. I contacted DNA and they immediately got back to me. They offered to come out Right away but I advised it was not necessary. They scheduled to be here first thing Monday morning. Not only did they contact me prior to the appointment they text me when they were 10 minutes away from my home. They arrived ready to work were able to fix the shower Without changing out the entire valve body. Not only were they efficient the price was amazing and like I said they came first thing on Monday knowing I needed to get my Home back in order. I’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers in my past and they are definitely on the top of my list for all my future projects

I’ve been referring Dave and his crew at DNA to my clients for years now, because they are knowledgeable, fair, and honest. But today I had to call Dave for an issue at my own home. He came right over, fixed my problem, charged me a very fair price, and then headed right back to the other job he was working on. There is no other plumber or maintenance company I will ever call. Thanks DNA!

DNA came to my rescue on two occasions! Very accommodating and professional. Highly recommended.

Dave and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with this week. A pipeline outside with 2 leaks causing water to come into our basement, a nightmare to say the least. DNA Mechanical is responsive, professional, knowledgable, and fair. Highly recommend, definitely 5 stars.

I had a great experience with DNA Maintenance and Mechanical! Austin Aaron were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. They replaced our water pump with efficiency and it is now aesthetically appealing. Pricing was fair and transparent. We’ll definitely use them again!”

after calling a handful of random numbers off google & getting no answers i posted an iso on fb looking for plumber for a busted value that left us without water. responded fast & came right over on a Saturday. leak fixed AND got my unused furnace working. Perfect timing. couldn't find wood pellets anywhere today. Half man half g.o.a.t

DNA Maintenance and Mechanical was fantastic. We had a leak near our water meter that started as a drip and quickly turned into a real headache. They responded to my call right away, made time to come out the same day, and fixed it immediately. The price was very fair, the work was clean and professional, and the tech was genuinely personable and easy to work with. Even though it was a “small job,” it was a big deal for us, and they treated it like it mattered. Highly recommended!

Austin with DNA Maintenance and Mechanical was polite, respectful, and meticulous. Don't let his youth fool you: He does it right. The job went smoothly with his knowledge and leadership. He came with everything he needed: tools and fittings alike. I am a real person who needed help with a couple of oil tanks. Removing one and installing another. He went above and beyond and made the whole thing painless for me, and relieved a lot of stress for me and my grandmother. Austin was a pleasure to work with, and I recommend him to anyone who has need of his services from the kitchen faucet, to the boiler!

DNA Maintenance has consistently provided outstanding service. Their communication is excellent and they are always prompt and dependable. Dave and Austin were incredibly attentive to our needs during my mom’s new home build. They looked at the entire project holistically and offered smart, practical solutions as issues came up. They ran lines from the well to the house, connected all lines inside the home and ensured everything was done right. They’ve also been doing work at my own home for years, and their reliability and quality have never wavered. Highly recommend DNA Maintenance for anyone needing knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals.

DNA Maintenance responded to my inquiry when no other companies. Dave was very knowledgeable and friendly. He cleared our drain quickly and gave us useful advice going forward. We'll be sure to use them again in the future

Had a thermostat problem and called DNA late on a Friday so we could get heat. Figured it wouldn't be fixed till after the weekend. When i called, Dave was heading on an anniversary vacation so i did not expect anything till he returned. To my surprise his son was at my house shortly afterwards and we had heat right after that. With an infant in the house its good to know a business that can be trusted and counted on. I recommend DNA Maintenance and Mechaincal to any homeowner that needs h-vac/plumbing help, you wont be disappointed.

Our basement sprung a bad leak on a Sunday. We haven’t needed a plumber before so scrambled for help, we found DNA came highly recommend from a local FB group. When I called Dave answered promptly, helped me assess the situation and was transparent on timing. He was at our house shortly thereafter and had everything fixed and sorted in short order. He was courteous, professional and a life saver!! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber (hopefully with less urgency than our situation!)

Always fast and reliable. Dave and the crew never let me down.

I only trust DNA Maintenance and Mechanical with my home. For six years I have used them for our plumbing needs. Great customer service, and professionalism throughout.

DNA has been doing plumbing for me for years. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and do excellent work. They always give us best recommendations and serve with honesty. I always trust what they have to say and recommend them to many of our own customers who would also have great things to say about their company. You dont have to call anyone else!
